TUITION CHARGES

           A non-refundable registration fee of $110 ($165 family cap) is required at the time of registration.

Families with more than one child receive a small discount on the second or more children for the months that are not already prorated.

 

 DROP-IN EXTENDED CARE CHARGES

            Early morning care  (7:30 – 9:00) - $4.00 per day

           (must be 2 years old or older)

            Extended afternoon (1:00 to 3:00) - $10.00 per day

           (for children in the 3 and 4 year old classes only)

 

*If a child is signed up for early morning care or extended afternoon and does not attend, your account will be charged unless the reservation is cancelled 24 hours in advance.

 

If a child is not picked up at dismissal time (1:00-morning class; 3:00-drop-in extended; 5:45-fulltime), there will be a $5.00 late fee added to your account for each increment of 15 minutes delay. After 3 charges, the late fee will increase to $10.00 for every increment of 15 minutes delay.

 

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS

When tuition is 4 weeks late and/or $150 past due, the account will be brought to the attention of the ELC Board to determine if the child will continue to attend school. Failure to pay tuition or make payment arrangements will cause collection procedures to begin.

 

On the last day of school in May, all outstanding balances should be paid.  If there are any unpaid balances, all registration fees and tuition prepaid for the summer camp or following fall program will be applied to the delinquent balance.  After all balances are paid, the child must then be re-registered for future sessions or for the fall program.  If you need to make payment arrangements, please call the school office. 

 

                        There is a service charge of $15 for any returned checks.

 

 

 

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

If a child is withdrawn, two weeks notice in writing or one-half month’s tuition is required.  All fees must be paid whether or not the child is in school.
