For more information about any of our Scouting ministry, call the church office and you will be referred to our Scouting Coordinator.

Cub Pack 40 is one of the largest and most active in North Florida.  The more than one hundred boys, age 6-10, are divided into Dens of about 10 boys each that meet at the church three weeks of each month.  On the fourth week, all come together with parents and siblings for a Pack meeting in which awards are given and special presentations are made.  All leaders are trained and background screened by Boy Scouts of America.  This character-building ministry makes a positive difference in both the boys and families who participate.

Cub Scouts will not meet during June, July, and August.  They will begin the new school year with a Pack meeting on Thursday, August 31 at 7:00 p.m. in the new auditorium.  Note the new meeting night will be on Thursdays instead of Tuesdays.  Cub Scouts will also attend Aquatics Camp at Camp Echocotee in Orange Park one week during the summer.

Boy Scout Troop 40 is one of the oldest in North Florida and meets weekly at the church, providing guidance for boys as they work on merit badges, serve the community, go camping, and engage in other character-building opportunities.

The Scout Troop will continue meeting throughout most of the summer.  They will also attend Summer Camp at Camp Shands in July.

Brownies and Girl Scouts meet during the school year as space is available.  The church itself does not have input into the program, but is happy to provide meeting space.
