Full Time Care

SCHEDULE

The school opens at 7:30 a.m. for early morning care.  At 9:00, each child is taken to his/her classroom for morning class. The afternoon schedule consists of lunch, nap or quiet time, snack, fun projects, games, and outside play.  Two-year-olds will stay in a separate room until 4:00.  From 4:00 to 5:45, all of the children will be together.

Ø        Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.

Ø        Parents provide a complete lunch.  The school provides morning and afternoon snacks.

Ø        Payment is due at the beginning of each week or in advance.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE MANDATORY EACH DAY

Ø        backpack labeled with child’s name; please write child’s name on all belongings;

Ø        complete lunch including drink (please no soft drinks);

Ø        two complete changes of clothes; comfortable play shoes; diapers or underwear

NAP/REST/TIME

Mats, pillows, and blankets are provided for nap/rest time.  Two-year-olds will nap from 1:00-3:00.  Three-year-olds will rest from 1:30-3:00 and four-year-olds will rest from 2:00-3:00.  All children must be picked up by 5:45.  After 5:45, a $5 late fee will be charged for each increment of 15 minute delay.  After 3 charges, the late fee increases to $10 for each 15 minute delay.
