FellowshipSMALL GROUPS The Small Group Ministry at Beach exists to connect groups of people on a regular basis to intentionally grow authentic Christ-like relationships. It is our vision to see every person connected through small groups. We seek to accomplish this through constant emphasis on our six Core Values of: Life change, Relationships, Participation, Mentoring, Care, and Growth. The elements of the ministry are Monday Night Live (Bible study and fellowship), Sunday School class, 4th Friday fun events, and support and encouragement through small groups. Volunteer to serve as a group leader, Bible study teacher, member of the planning council, office assistance, and other short-term service. FUSION A Young Adult Ministry for single and married people ages 20-35 that offers opportunity to fellowship and grow closer through Sunday School, Small Group, and fun activities. SHEPHERD COMMITTEE The Shepherd Committee welcomes and provides personalized assistance to our new members as they make their transition into active Christian fellowship, service and church membership. Beach 101 is a monthly informational class offered to potential members, where the Shepherd Committee greets, welcomes and provides information about BUMC. Once individuals have joined BUMC, we write a personal note and call members encouraging them to get involved. If you have the gift of hospitality and encouragement, we invite you to be part of our team. We also need behind-the-scene workers to assist in assembling materials.
