LET US KNOW

Remember that a crisis at home affects the child’s behavior at school. Let the teacher know the joyous happenings, upsetting experiences, or changes that may affect behavior.  All information will be held in confidence.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Please report any change of address and/or phone number(s) to the ELC office and your child’s teacher.  This is especially important in case of an emergency.

COMMUNICATION 

If you need to speak to the teacher regarding your child, please set an appointment time instead of discussing concerns in front of other parents and children. 

TEACHER CONFERENCES

Teachers are available for conferences with parents on an appointment basis any time. Brief reports of the daily progress of your child can be given at pick-up time. 

MONTHLY CALENDARS

Each month a calendar of themes, classroom activities, and special events will be sent home with your child.  The calendar will inform parents about learning opportunities being offered and any special events.
